Georgia Power; Georgia Scope: Performed security vulnerability assessment of data center and grounds.  Analyzed effectiveness of barriers, signage, and lighting.

Tennessee Valley Authority; Tennessee Scope: Supported bid evaluation process for installation of a large scale access control system. Participated in contractor evaluation.

Erie County; New York SecuraComm was identified in 2003 as the Security Consultant to the County, charged with providing advice and guidance in security related matters, as well as risk assessment and security program development on a countywide basis. In addition to the countywide assessment and program design efforts, SecuraComm has been tasked with assignments including the security of a high-level Biosafety Level 3 Health Laboratory (one of only 120 in the Country designated to analyze biological weapons agents) and of the Public Safety Campus, which houses the County’s critical Police and Emergency support agencies.

US Federal Courthouses, 4 Sites throughout US Scope: Review and assessment of US Marshall’s security enhancement requests at various sites throughout the US.

Somerset Hospital; Pennsylvania Scope: Reviewed the existing security program to determine proper organizational structure and the required elements to formulate a cohesive program for effective use of policies, procedures, systems and responses. Developed recommendations with cost estimates for program enhancements.

York Hospital; Pennsylvania Scope: Assessed of current video camera system regarding use and operation. Developed recommendations and probable cost for the system upgrade. Provided security design of A and B section of existing building with integration into the existing infant abduction system.  Developed new central monitoring station.
