As a senior project engineer, he has developed several elements of large-scale security upgrade programs for a variety of clients. His experience includes program assessment and analysis, planning, systems analysis and selection as well as specification preparation, graphical document development, and deployment oversight and review. Mr. Roemer has engaged in multiple consulting activities as an independent representative which include initial proposal preparation and presentation, client planning interviews, design development and program budget report preparation.
