Security guard companies bid on thousands of contracts each year. Their clients may negotiate a new contract every three years - who has the advantage?
SecuraComm gives clients the edge when selecting a security guard company to represent and protect their interests; from evaluating the client requirements and objectives through the development of a request for proposal, to evaluating proposals, an experienced SecuraComm security professional will work with one objective: to best serve the needs of the client.
When assisting a client with the selection of a security guard contractor, SecuraComm begins with its proprietary Request for Proposal (RFP) that has been developed and refined over years and has been used on multi-million dollar contracts down to single-guard contracts. Through client interviews (and site visits when required) specific contract requirements are determined, then used to modify the RFP as required to best serve the client. Options include issuing a pre-qualification questionnaire to pre-qualify potential bidders. SecuraComm will review all information and submit a report to the client recommending specific firms that meet the pre-qualification requirements and those that SecuraComm believes will be able to fulfill the contract. Following client approval, the complete RFP will be prepared for submission, by the client or SecuraComm, to the pre-qualified firms. Following, at the client's discretion, SecuraComm will assist with a Pre-bid Conference, and support the client and the bidders during the bid process. If the client desires continued support, SecuraComm can facilitate a selection process/board or carefully analyze the proposals and submit a written recommendation endorsing the contractor that best meets the needs of the client.
