
SecuraComm maintains quality control on all deliverables and
assessment processes. Vulnerability assessments are guided by a custom
prepared survey and process Checklist. Prior to submission of documents, a
Quality Control Team consisting of the Program Director, Project Manager and
senior representative, as determined appropriate on a case-by-case basis,
will review the proposed submission to ensure that its representations
represent industry “best practices” or specific industry guidelines and meet
all accepted technical criteria. Submissions requiring revisions will
be re-circulated through the Quality Control Team before submission,
assuring a complete and accurate report.

SecuraComm’s Quality Control Process is structured to:
- Ensure that services have quality assurance checks and inspections
- Provide direct accountability to SecuraComm’s top management.
- Address overall project management and administration
- Institute a process for identifying potential deficiencies in the quality of service performed, before such matters are identified by client representatives.
- Provide a client complaint feedback system for correction of validated complaints.
- Describe methods of direct and indirect communications with the client regarding performance of the contract.
- Maintain documentation of all quality control inspections and corrective actions throughout the term of the contract.
