QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:

Mr. McClure has over 20 years Security Systems and program-related experience in the government and private sectors.  He is Board Certified in Security Management and has been designated a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by the American Society for Industrial Security.  Additionally, Mr. McClure has performed risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, developed asset protection programs and assisted in generating emergency operations procedures.

CONSULTING SPECIALTIES:

• Security Assessment

Mr. McClure is a nationally recognized physical security and systems expert.  He co-developed the security survey and assessment program used by the FAA to review their operations facilities.  He was one of the initial co-leaders for the FAA survey team.  Mr. McClure also assisted in the review and implementation of surveys for the FDA Bio-Safety Lab-3 Program at over 15 of the FDA facilities throughout the country.  Mr. McClure was selected to be on the Guardian Survey Team to review the security and chem-bio protection at select bases for the Department of Defense.  Additionally, he is currently providing inspection and assessment evaluations for the Department of Energy, Headquarters Office of Security Evaluations.  Mr. McClure has conducted security assessments, evaluations and recommendations for other government and private sector clients including the Port Authority for the City of New York, Hoover Dam, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, United States Capitol Complex, Department of the Treasury, Georgia State Lottery Commission, and Exxon-Mobile Corporation.

• Security Program Policies and Procedures

Mr. McClure assisted in re-writing and updating the survey and assessment Headquarters' Inspector's Guide for the Department of Energy.  He had developed survey standards for clients to be used as training aids for their internal security staff.  Mr. McClure wrote, reviewed and revised operational procedures for the protective forces at governmental and private sector facilities.  He also generated installation, and testing and maintenance procedures for various security systems.

• Security Engineering

Mr. McClure has provided systems engineering services to government and private sector clinets.  These systems include integration of electronic sub-systems, protective force personnel, physical and environmental features, procedural and administrative functions.  He has no direct affiliation with system manufacturers or suppliers as to provide the best security solution for the client.
