Don Stebbins, CFE is a Virginia licensed and insured security consultant. Prior to entering the private security field, Mr. Stebbins served as a Special Agent for the United States Secret Service for 20 years.

EXPERIENCE:

Prior to forming his own firm and becoming an affiliate of SecuraComm, Mr. Stebbins served as Managing Director for Vance International Consulting, Inc. While there, he was responsible for managing, marketing, and developing marketing business across the U.S., Europe, Central and South America, and the Far East. He developed security and life-safety related programs, and directed the activities of offices in New York and Los Angeles for nearly two-dozen subcontractors. He introduced the concept of risk reduction and management as an element of the physical security survey.  Also, he served as Vice President and partner of Loudoun Associates, Inc.  This experience provided Mr. Stebbins with the opportunity to serve U.S. and foreign government agencies, corporations, insurers, law firms, and private constituencies with consulting and protection services. Additional employment experience includes stints as Manager of Special Projects at Alexis International, Inc., Vice President for Security and Risk Management for American Savings and Loan, and a police officer for Charter Township of Lansing, MI.

• Master’s Degree, Rollins College
• U.S. Government Specialized Training

Mr. Stebbins has attended numerous schools, classes, and seminars on internal/external computer and telecommunications theft/fraud.
