Scope: Provided professional fire protection engineering services and designed a Fire Alarm/Emergency Notification system that incorporated  voice communication and also served as an emergency warning system to meet current OSHA regulations for employee notification.

City of Toledo

City of Toledo Water Authority; Ohio

Scope: Developed a security system design to interface with exterior/interior lighting and telecommunication systems.  Scope of work included development of cost estimates for enhancements, installation specifications, contractor selection assistance and turnover and commissioning services.

Scope:  Performed a security and safety review of corporate offices in Tallahassee and Jacsonville, FL, in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current physical security and electronic security measures, along with a review  of the security staffing needs of the properties.  The goal of the review was to identify  areas where the existing  security systems  or program needed to be upgraded or modified for the protection of their employees, consultants, and assets.

Scope:  Designed and developed a specification to extend and upgrade the building's public address system to office areas and other select locations and increased the system's emergency notification capability and developed a Scope of Work for the upgrade.

Scope:  Assessed aplans for installation of a new CCTV system and made recommendation(s) with regard to placement, type and operation of the cameras and recording system, and whether the video camera system should be a conventional analog system or an IP based network system, utilizing copper or fiber cabling .

Scope: Identified implementation needs, gathering, operating, and technical information  from security system manufacturers (access, video, video recording, intercom, etc), and negotiating fixed discounted equipment dealer costs.  Assisted the client with the selection of with manufacturer partners for access control, video cameras and controls, and video recording equipment.

Scope: Developed design of a fire and security system with specifications.  Prepared bid documents, supported the bid evaluation process, assisted with contractor selection.  Provided installation support to the client for installation of the the fire system and provided turnover and commisioning of the system upon completion.

Scope: 1st Assignment:  performed a  vulnerability assessment of the data center and grounds.  2nd Assignment:  Analyzed the effectiveness of barriers, signage and lighting.  Provided professional security assessment, consulting, and security design services including development of a company-wide integrated access control system.  Performed an access control study that involved a substantial data gathering effort, physical site surveys, interviews with facility and key personnel, and interviews with support entities within Georgia Power.  Also, Southern Company, Georgia Power's parent company, has retained SecuraComm to design and coordinate the installation of a new security system ant the company's new headquarters facility.

Scope: Performed a vulnerability assessement for the Water Authority of the city of Haddon using the EPA accepted Sandia Risk Assessment Methodology (Lite) for small water utilities utilizing RAM-W certified professionals, as directed by the "Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness Response Act of 2002."

Scope: Developed a Lockdown Procedure that responded to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) threat level.

Scope: Provided professional system design and construction services for fiber optic cable extension design as part of Oxford Development Company's program to upgrade fire alarm systems and interconnections on the University of Pittsburgh Applied Research Center (UPARC) campus.  Scope of work included the design of the extension of the Pulse Net Inc fiber loop to approximately 27 fire alarm control panel locations and one central monitoring location.  SecuraComm also provided bidding and construction services to support the phased installation of the fiber loop extensions for the fire alarm systems on the UPARC campus.

Scope: Evaluated and designed security for a municapally-owned underground parking facility.  Scope of work included the development of recommendations for security enhancement, development of probable costs for implementation, and development of design drawings.
